  • 1. Tuition Refunds: a. Full Refund: A full refund of tuition fees will be granted if the student withdraws within the first 14 days of the academic term. b. Partial Refund: After the initial 14 days, a percentage-based refund schedule will apply. The percentage refunded will decrease progressively as the academic term progresses. Details of this schedule can be obtained upon request.
  • 2. Fee Refunds: a. Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as application fees, and registration fees, are non-refundable under any circumstances. b. Refundable Fees: Other fees, including but not limited to technology fees, may be eligible for a refund if the student withdraws within the prescribed timeframe. Refund percentages for these fees will align with the tuition refund schedule.
  • 3. Withdrawal Procedures: a. Students must formally notify the school in writing of their intent to withdraw. b. The withdrawal date will be the date on which the written notification is received by the school.
  • 4. Documentation Requirements: a. Students requesting a refund must provide appropriate documentation supporting their reasons for withdrawal (e.g., medical certificates, relocation documentation).
  • 5. Financial Aid Implications: a. Students receiving financial aid must consult with the source of the financial aid, before withdrawing, as refunds may impact financial aid eligibility.
